These terms and conditions govern your use of EcoPack, as well as every order placed through the company which is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. The address of our offices is Office 333V, One Space Business Center, Building 3, DIP, Dubai, UAE | PO Box 390928. By browsing our website, making requests for quotations or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use the website.
EcoPack is known for manufacturing eco-friendly food packaging materials such as boxes, bowls, cups, cutlery, bags and napkins, among others, for commercial clients in the UAE. Should you place an order for any business entity, you guarantee that you have the right authority to do so.
Please use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to hack it, copy its content by automated means, upload harmful code, or send false information through our forms. We may restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance or security.
However, we will endeavor to be as clear as possible when describing the products. The actual color, size and finish of the product may vary from that shown in the photographs on the website. Properties such as being biodegradable, recyclable, microwavable, freezable and resistant to high temperature and oily foods vary from one product to another.

A quote is not a binding offer. It is valid for 14 days and depends on stock availability.
An order becomes official only when we accept it in writing. We may reject or cancel an order in certain circumstances, such as problems with inventory, price mistakes, and incomplete information. If you have paid for your order already, then we will refund you in full.
Standard items are sold by carton. Minimum order quantities are confirmed in your quote.
Customized products require a larger order quantity and longer production time, which will be reflected in your quotation.
You need to provide your artwork and logo in the required format and approve the design in writing before proceeding to print.
You assure us that you have the rights to use all the logos and artworks that you are submitting to us.
After the approval of the design, we will not be responsible for errors like spellings and contact details, if any.
Minor variations in color and position of the print are considered normal during the process of printing.
Customized printed products cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless the products are faulty.
The prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and in case of VAT-applicable services, prices quoted will be inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned in your quote and invoice. The terms of payment including advance payments or deposit will be mentioned in your quote and invoice and sometimes custom orders require deposits too.
Our services cover all seven emirates - Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. In case you require shipments to any other GCC country or internationally, please let us know in advance. The estimated date of delivery is just that, an estimate, and we will not be held responsible for any delay that is out of our hands, like customs clearance or adverse weather conditions.
If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@ecopack.me within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If the claim is valid, we will replace the goods or refund you.
Unused standard items in sealed original cartons can be returned within 7 days with our written approval. Return shipping may be charged unless the return is our mistake.
Custom printed items, opened cartons and goods damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
This does not limit any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Compostability, biodegradability, recycling and the use of plant-based materials can all be attributed to the products according to the information that we have from the manufacturer of the product. It is important to note that for compostable products, the correct facility must be available, whereas for recycling, the correct process must be used. Kindly note that the UAE regulations for single-use plastics may change from time to time.
All content on this website, including the EcoPack name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to EcoPack or its licensors. Please do not copy or use it without our written permission.
Insofar as permitted by UAE law, we will not be held responsible for indirect losses, including loss of profit or business. The maximum liability that we can have in connection with a claim relating to the product is the purchase price of the product. We will not be responsible if a product is used in a manner not intended by us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and using the website after an update means you accept it. Orders follow the Terms in force when we accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. We will first try to settle any dispute in a friendly way. If that is not possible, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction.
